1. What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of:

• This website (rsocial.cloud and its subpages).
• The RSocial demonstration server (demo.rsocial.cloud).
• The RSocial software framework, when you download, install, or run it.

These Terms are between you and Integrate Innovations ("we," "us," or "our"), based in the Netherlands. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website, demo server, or software.

Important: RSocial is a self-hosted software framework. When you run RSocial on your own hardware, you operate your own instance independently. We do not host, control, or have access to your instance. These Terms cover the software itself and our direct services, not how you choose to operate your instance.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the website to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or engage in any harmful activity.
• Submit false or misleading information through contact forms.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to this website at our sole discretion.

3. The Demo Server

The demo server at demo.rsocial.cloud is a temporary, sandboxed environment provided for evaluation purposes. It may be reset or taken offline at any time without notice. You agree to use the demo server responsibly and not to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to compromise the demo server's security.
• Use the demo server for any production or commercial purpose.

Data on the demo server is not private and may be viewed by our team for operational purposes. Do not submit sensitive or personal information on the demo.

4. The RSocial Software

RSocial is proprietary software owned by Integrate Innovations. Your right to download, install, and use the software is granted under a separate licence agreement that accompanies the software. That licence, not these Terms, governs your rights to use, modify, or distribute the software.

The RSocial software is offered "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the software will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free.

5. Self-Hosted Instances

RSocial is designed to be run on hardware you control. If you operate a self-hosted instance:

• You are solely responsible for the security, maintenance, and legal compliance of your instance.
• You are the data controller for any personal data you collect from users of your instance. You must provide your own privacy notice and comply with all applicable laws.
• We have no access to your instance, your data, or your users' data. We cannot retrieve, recover, or modify data stored on your instance.
• We provide software updates as they become available; you are responsible for applying them.
• We are not liable for how you operate your instance or for any content hosted on it.

6. Managed Hosting (Future Service)

If and when we offer managed hosting services, those services will be governed by a separate service agreement provided at the time of subscription. These Terms do not cover managed hosting.

7. Intellectual Property

The RSocial brand name, logo, design elements, website content, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by Integrate Innovations. These Terms do not grant you any licence to use our trademarks, brand assets, or software outside of what is expressly permitted by a separate licence agreement.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and the demo server, how we use it, and what data we never access (specifically, data on self-hosted instances). By using our website or demo server, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party services such as Patreon, PayPal, and GitHub. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. You access them at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrate Innovations and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website, demo server, or software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

Our website, demo server, and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to our website and demo server at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Any separate software licence agreement you have with us is independent and governed by its own terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through this website. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
